Our Story
Established in 1982, D&C Fisheries is a second-generation family owned and operated business, based in Florida. Dimitri Clérié, son of the founder and now director of the company, grew up around "the food from the sea" and developed a passion for it. Under his leadership the company has grown to become internationally renowned and provides the freshest ocean delicacies to many local and international restaurants and distributors.
We are FDA approved and offer a variety of responsibly harvested seafood from the pristine waters of the Caribbean as well as from the waters of Ecuador, China, India and South America.

Over our 40 years of operation, we have developed a sustainable and reliable supply chain that enables us to offer the highest quality seafood, at the most competitive prices. We own a fleet of ships, a processing plant as well as warehouses at strategic national and international locations.

The D&C Fisheries supply chain
We send our own ships out daily and collaborate with coastal fishing communities to bring to you the freshest ocean's delicacies. Oftentimes, our business represents the sole source of revenue for these communities. We have also searched and found the most reliable and sustainable farming partners.
We process and package everything ourselves. Our products are frozen, expertly wrapped and vacuum sealed before being carefully packaged in 10lb boxes. We are FDA approved and guarantee traceability and strict quality assurance standards, processes and procedures, leaving you with higher quality seafood.
